Megaloja Brascol is located in MEGA POLO MODA Shopping, an important region for the manufacturing market in São Paulo. It impresses by the structure, convenience, service and mainly, by prices and deadlines. With an impressive variety of products, Brascol also offers its customers the convenience of purchasing through its exclusive Call Center, where all purchases are made and completed through a simple telephone call.

  • Proposed Challenge:

    Reduce operational costs, decrease freight lead time and inventory inventory accuracy using RFID technology.

  • Equipment:

    EDGE-50 Readers, Monostatic Antennas, Shortdipole UHF Tags and DOT-300U Collectors.

  • Solution:

    Use of UHF tags on products and RFID readers to identify products placed inside the cart. Hand pickers to streamline the inventory check process and check items inside boxes from vendors.

  • Operation:

    Tag is applied to products already in the supplier. When it arrives at the store, the merchandise verification is done through the DOT-300U collectors, which identifies the items contained in the boxes only approaching the reader, thus speeding up the process of conferring received material. When customers take the products off the shelves and put them in the trolleys, the products are checked in the boxes by the DOT-300U collector, streamlining the buying process. After the purchase, the trolleys pass through the portals that check the merchandise through the EDGE-50 reader, which identifies the products, associating them with the customer, avoiding error and speeding up the logistics process in 65%, bringing well-being to customers.
